The Chabura Raffle

1. The Engels Yeshiva Chabura Raffle is operated by the Engels Yeshiva Chabura for charitable fundraising purposes.

2. Entry is open to anyone aged 18 or over. By entering you confirm you are 18 or over.

3. Each entry is assigned a random ticket number (01–36) and a random price ($1–$36). Ticket numbers and prices are assigned at the point of submission and cannot be changed.

4. One winner is drawn each month from all active entries. The draw is conducted randomly and the result is final.

5. The prize for each monthly draw is as advertised. The organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with a cash alternative of $150 at their sole discretion.

6. The winner will be notified by email. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, the prize may be redrawn.

7. Monthly entries will auto-renew each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage my subscription" link on the homepage.

8. All proceeds go directly to support the Engels Yeshiva Chabura.

9. The organisers reserve the right to adjust the assigned payment amount at their sole discretion, within the range of tickets still available for purchase, including in cases of technical error, ticket reassignment, or administrative necessity. Any such adjustment will be communicated to the participant prior to processing.

10. The organiser's decision in all matters relating to the raffle is final.
